This 2011 JD 2210 field cultivator (64.5′) sold for $68,000 on an August 1, 2012 farm auction in McIntire, IA. $68,000 is a new record high auction sale price.
More proof came last week on a farm auction in McIntire, IA. Hamilton Auction Company sold a 2011 John Deere 2210 field cultivator for $68,000. It was a 64.5′ model in very nice condition. $68,000 is the new record high auction sale price I’ve seen on a JD 2210 field cultivator.
As I was shooting video of this field cultivator selling on the auction, we heard a distant buzz getting louder and louder. Adjacent to the auction site was the local landing strip for small airplanes. Here’s a pic of the plane zooming in for a landing during the sale:
