John Deere recently announced that a new line of forestry equipment, including the M-Series Tracked Feller Bunchers and Tracked Harvesters, would hit the market. With the help of valued forestry customers, Deere was able to gather detailed feedback to innovate and design the John Deere M-Series forestry equipment lineup.

This lineup aims to improve and simplify logger’s daily operations. For this reason, we’ve put together a video gallery to provide a clear overview of all that these game changing machines have to offer. Enjoy!

Introducing the M-Series: Consider the Game Officially Changed

In the forestry game, uptime means everything during operations. This is why John Deere went to some of the customers who struggle most with this and worked with them to develop the new John Deere M-Series forestry equipment line. This video explains how these new options helped change the game for forestry equipment owners.

Loggers, just like you, inspired the new M-Series Tracked Feller Bunchers and Harvesters. John Deere gathered and listened to valuable input from customers around the world, through the Customer Advocate Groups (CAGs).

Operators will now be more productive than ever before with the 800M- or 800MH-Series machines. The John Deere M-Series forestry equipment incorporates new Rapid Cycle System (RCS), which combines automated felling-head arm cycling with simple boom control to increase efficiency and productivity while reducing operator fatigue on the job. This video explains how it works.

Did you know that the next-generation 800M-Series and 800MH-Series were in the making for three years? Relying heavily on input of the people who run the machines every day, John Deere spent thousands of hours testing the equipment until it was exactly what customers desired. Check out this video to learn more about the process!

Introducing the M-Series: Operate in Comfort

The new John Deere M-Series forestry equipment lineup includes an operating station geared toward comfort and control. It’s spacious and comfortable, with more ergonomically designed controls. Find out more about these new features by watching this video.

With easy access to service components, the M-Series equipment helps ensure equipment maintenance gets done in time and without costly repairs. Because it incorporates JDLink, customers can also take advantage of on-point remote diagnostics and fast service response. Take a look at this video to find out more!
