John Deere has introduced the 2700 and 2750 PrecisionCut™ Triplex Mowers, and the 2700 and 2750 E-Cut™ Hybrid Triplex Mowers to help customers take the stress out of mowing. Each of these machines is designed to provide a premium cut each time and reduce overall operating costs by working efficiently.

“Consistent cut quality across all operators, contour following, and grass catcher accessibility are critical needs for our customers,” said Brad Aldridge, product manager, John Deere Golf. “The 2700 and 2750 Triplex Mowers were designed to tackle these challenges and take the stress out of mowing, with an enhanced TechControl system that allows for more precise control than ever before.”

These new mowers will be available for purchase in 2020. That being said, let’s take a closer look at all of their features to give you a better idea of what you’re getting before you make your final purchase.

2700 PrecisionCut Triplex Mower

This mower can provide up to 19 horsepower with its EFI gas engine, which features electronic throttle control. It has a lightweight, open platform frame design with a low center of gravity. This means excellent stability and traction performance, regardless of the terrain.

Similar to the 2700 PrecisionCut Mower, this mower has an open platform frame design with a low center of gravity for the utmost stability out on the green. Its decreased weight also reduces tire tracking and compaction, and the frame design makes it easy to adjust the center grass catcher.

2700 E-Cut Hybrid Triplex Mower

This mower has Electric Reel Drive and is guaranteed to provide the same cut quality, regardless of the operator behind the wheel. It has Premium Contour Following and a gas engine that can provide up to 19 horsepower.

Similar to the other Triplex Mowers in the pack, this particular mower can offer up to 19 horsepower with its diesel engine. It also comes with electronic throttle control for ease of use and has Electric Reel Drive. It also has a Frequency of Clip mode for convenience, and Premium Contour Following, meaning operators get the same cut quality every time.
