A small farm retirement auction in north-central Iowa recently (August 26, 2014) featured a pair of very low-hour John Deere tractors.
Along with the 8235R, real strong bidding activity was seen on the 2007 JD 9520 4WD tractor, bareback, with only 519 hours (pictured below). It sold for $171,000. This is the 4th highest auction sale price I’ve seen in the U.S. in the past 11 years on a 9520.
These two John Deere tractor sales in north-central Iowa indicate there is a strong demand for row crop machines with low hours. If you enjoyed this post or want to read others, feel free to connect with us on Facebook or Google+!
